This policy explains what Tillora stores and why.

What we store

Account details (name, email, a hashed password), your business settings, and the products, stock, sales and customers you enter. Customer records hold only what your staff type in, such as a name, email or phone number for receipts and loyalty points.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie, one cookie for the store you work in, and one that lets staff use register PINs on a shared device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.

Your rights

Account owners can export their data to CSV and ask us to delete their account and data.
