Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Tillora, a point of sale and inventory service for businesses. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and everything done under your account. Keep passwords and register PINs private.

Trials, plans and billing

Each plan starts with a free trial. When it ends, choose a plan to keep selling. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your data

Products, sales, customers and reports belong to your business. You can export them to CSV at any time. We keep them while your account is open and delete them when you ask us to close it.

Taxes and receipts

You set your tax rates and receipt details. Check that they meet the rules where you trade.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell account owners by email before a change takes effect.
